Rules
Divide the grid in region of size 1×2 or 1×3, the borders of some regions are already provided for you. The regions can either vertical or horizontal. Borders with black circle separates two regions of different size and different orientation. Borders with white circle separate two regions of same size and same orientation. Lastly, borders with gray circles separate two regions that either have same size, or same orientation but not both.
